      HGS is more like a "FISH Market" with Non Skilled Manager`s who are partial and threaten/harass team members

      There are no Pros for this Cheap Culture Company, Not a single employee is happy here as the managers are very egoist, satisfied their ego by torturing employees by threatening them, if you raise your voice they will fired you and make you jobless and write negative feedback.

      Cons

      Management is very cheap, Especially team managers which don`t have any skills and just become a manager by references. The digital marketing team Manager is so cheap and dumb doesn`t have any skill & having an egoistic attitude and always threatens team members. I would like to share the truth that all the positive reviews are fake. Real employees are so tortured in this company. Even higher management and HR do not talk to the employee and ignore their problems. There is no gender equality in this company. They hire you for your skill but after few months they want you to do odd jobs which is not your skill. Even managers don`t have any skill for anything and judge your performance in your non-work domain.

      Pros

      Colleagues are good. Give 2 times tea and biscuits. Office party. Work environment. Poor hygiene

      Cons

      Lack of ethics. Doesn't provide experience letter incase you take leave during notice period. Give termination letter in notice buyout. Salary is not up to the mark. Poor management.
