For fresher to start up with career is good but pay is very less

Cons

Transportation is available only one time while dropping that deduction from Employees salary for Voice Process, and not even at home location it's near by location. Team Leader from action aid process, location neelsandra, year 2015 I have seen very worst and vulgarity person that was there, he use to talk Employees in very bad manner, like if you want to work than work else get lost from here and giving fake promises to Employees and when employee is asking that promise to be completed Team leader use bad words and finally employee left for only Team lead.
