Pros

Am not even sure what benefits you get here except for maybe being that a remote job and you don't have to commute

Cons

They overwork you and rarely approve VAC time. They put under so much pressure to meet target make sales and even thrreathen to fire you if you don't meet MRR target. I don't know of other departments but if you're a frontline agent, you're at the bottom of the chain and can be disposed at anytime. If you're looking for job security HGS is not the company for you. The calls from Customers can mentally affect you and the company doesn't care. Rogers is like the main client for the company, so you can understand how horrible the work environment will be. I hated everyday I worked at this company. The day I finally resigned was one of the best days of my life.

Work form home/ save your money on the commute to work.

no one high fives you when you do a good job you get the virtual thumbs up

Pros

1.Good work-life balance (depends on process/project). 2.Supportive and friendly team environment. 3.Opportunities to learn and grow professionally. 4.HR policies are employee friendly. 5.Job security is relatively high compared to many BPOs. 6.Flexible work options (in some roles, WFH available).

Cons

1.Unlimited career growth and slower promotions in some departments. 2.No Work pressure can be high during peak periods. 3.Communication between management and employees can be improved. 4.Some processes have repetitive work, which can feel monotonous. 5.More onsite opportunities compared to competitors. 6.Employee recognition and rewards can be better. 7.Limited flexibility in shift timings for certain projects. 8.Salary package is on the higher side compared to industry standards.
