You're able to actually help people in sometimes dire situations. Training was great and they help you once you start taking live calls.

Cons

I honestly have none to list! If someone felt there was a con to this job, they might be the problem!

Great place to start your RPA/Automation career with hands-on exposure

Excellent mentorship for freshers and early-career professionals — I gained hands-on experience under the guidance of strong managers. Got to work on real-world automation projects (like invoice processing in warehouse operations), which helped me quickly understand PDDs, FRDs, and automation workflows. Exposure to tools and platforms like Automation Anywhere and UiPath, which are widely used in the RPA industry. Supportive work culture that values learning and career growth.

Cons

I didn't find any, as it was a very short stint.
