Work from home relatively easy setup nice members of staff pay always on time

Cons

Badly managed, training very brief allowing staff to start a job without much knowledge. Poor pay min. wage. Holiday allowance difficult to request- don’t seem interested in you booking time off. Not a good job long term long hours working Saturday and Sunday.

Cons

Normal call center cons, no breathing time between calls.

Easy to get a foot in the door Lots of different accounts so you can almost certainly find a decent fit Remote work

Cons

Advancement is slow Not great at nurturing the skills or interests of particular employees (though this will vary by team leader) Non-competitive salary
