      Pros

      Overall, the team and management are great. There's amazing work/life balance. You never feel guilty for stepping away or going on vacation. They encourage you to take breaks for your mental health to not create burn out. Everyone on the team is very helpful and hands-on.

      Cons

      Depending on your career goals, there may not be much growth or it will require for you to switch companies as this is a contract company. HGS handles the customer service portion for their clients.

      Many Opportunities to Learn and Grow

      Frequent performance-based raises, plenty of PTO, holiday pay, OT, and good people to work with who want to see everyone succeed together.

      Cons

      Sometimes things get lost in the disconnect in remote work.
