      Pros

      There are plenty of work from home options and the training is extensive

      Cons

      The pay is extremely lacking, the break compliance standards are unrealistic, team leads and smes aren't always helpful or even available, tech issues are a daily occurrence, raises don't show when they're supposed to.

      Work from home Not difficult to get a promotion if you can prove yourself, have a decent attitude with customers, and build rapport with your colleagues and management.

      Poor quality enforcement/review Nebulous job expectations Pay lagger in the industry
