      Pros

      Culture that promotes within, I started as a CSR and worked my way up to manager. Feedback encouraged at all levels within the organization.

      Cons

      Outdated or home grown systems, unstable technology. Employee engagement program is ineffective. Vision isn't part of the benefits and we sit in front of a computer all day.
