      Pros

      Well, I was glad that I was accepted in this company, my colleagues are fun to be with. My department is challenging but you will learn a lot. Working with people who are passionate about their job can really motivate you to do your best everyday. But it's tiring because your salary is not enough with your responsibilities

      Cons

      -Powertripping (teach your team leaders the word "empathy" and give them a seminar how to a "lead". Maybe they already forgot where they started) -Low Basic Salary -Not Paid OT -Allowance is not enough
