Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience working with HHS. I am pleased that you found the pay to be fair and had a good experience with your managers. We launched a new profit-sharing program earlier this year that provides all employees (including hourly team members) with more than five years of tenure to receive an annual share of the company’s profits. In regards to workload, Hospitals are a dynamic environment, and it does require a lot of hard work to keep up with the daily demands. It’s great to hear that you are pleased with the opportunities for growth, benefits, hybrid schedule, and lunch offered at our corporate offices. I understand that aspects such as compensation and PTO policies concern you. Our PTO policy includes both vacation and sick time to allow employees to use their time off in the way that best suits their needs.
