1 week parental leave. Abysmal. No sick time. Doesn't observe Juneteenth. Snail pace PTO accrual. Being sick one day means delaying a vacation one month. No annual performance bonuses. No annual profit sharing bonuses. No pension. No stock benefits. Below market salaries.

The good old boy network is clinging to life. There is push back from older team members to the use of updated methods and processes. I admit there is a need to know / understand why things are done the way they are / have been done. But an understanding that with retirements the loss of understanding is not good, and "Tribal Knowledge" is not good when the prior members leave for retirement.
