Pros
HackerOne has an amazing team going after a special opportunity in an exciting, up and coming marketplace. The business is special because it is community driven and that has opened up a lot of unique opportunities for innovation and growth. The benefits are above market for a company at this stage of the game. The changes that have occurred in the last year have been absolutely amazing.
Cons
Like all startups, there are some speed bumps along the way. Certain departments are catching up with others and cross-functional communication needs to continue to improve. The organization needs to listen better and build upon its emotional IQ. Quantitative success is important, but it isn't everything.
