Genuinely hard to identify any lasting positives given the cultural environment. Some individual contributors were friendly and competent.
Cons
• Toxic workplace culture was either supported by upper management or ignored entirely. • Rampant “not my job” attitude made collaboration nearly impossible—even when tasks clearly aligned with corporate responsibilities. • Feedback was poorly received; unless it was overtly negative, many employees assumed everything was fine and acted surprised when issues came up. • Interpersonal behavior was highly inconsistent. Colleagues (and sometimes managers) were friendly one day and dismissive the next, which made the environment feel unstable and untrustworthy. • Leadership failed to set a tone of accountability or foster any meaningful professional development or team unity.

The interview experience was very smooth and quick. All the people at Hackeone are extremely helpful and supportive. There were a total of 4 rounds, which would include 1. Initial Background Check with HR 2. Technical Round, mostly revolving around Web App Security 3. LIve Triage Round, Where you will be given a few live bug bounty reports and you would have to triage them accordingly, along with a few technical questions on Web App Security 4. Managerial Round, mostly revolving around Behavioral Questions

I had no difficulty with the team or any of the hackeone members through the interview process.
