Where do I start from . Harmonia is a place where employees are mistreated , toxic cultural and micro management is appreciated. My heart goes out for Intelligent Indian folks who are treated as slaves because of their visa status dependency (that's why 80% of staff is Indian). You have depress and unhappy people around you all the time which effect your own productivity (that is one of the reasons why I left). I have seen people cry , humiliated in hallways, being told not to laugh even NOT to talk to their coworkers (that is the only place where this happens). You voice has no impact you will be threatened to get fired if you dare to open your mouth. I questioned management ONE time because I didn't like something, I was told that you are an employee and we are the management and you are bound to obey, I was told that I was no longer in good books because I asked a question first time ever during my entire time there. After that I knew that was the time to move on. The worst part is being micro managed , some of the managers even watch who logged off at what time no matter you finished your task or not. (I mean who does that in America). One of my co worker was told to change his personality because he use to joke around (innocent and harmless jokes) , other co workers were forced to work over time which is fine but management told them you employees are salaried so we don't care how long you stay in the office. People quit left and right (which is very demotivating but its fine that happens) but every person who leaves warns other co workers that its time to look for another job (now this is not fine). Some professional, intelligent and experienced people left with in the course of 2- 3 months because they sensed it at first hand (which I didn't) I saw 19 people leave within the period of 1 year (this should be alarming enough for the management that they are doing something wrong).
