Pros

They hire part time employees (secondary job) -they actually pay pretty well for part time work

Cons

-took 4 weeks after the interview process to receive an offer -no one in their HR department answers your questions or does their job -micro managers and passive aggressive emails (incredibly unprofessional) -supervisors will email you things that should be said face to face (again incredibly unprofessional) -every employee complained to me while I was training about the night shift supervisors -not flexible on schedules for part time employees who have full time jobs -bathrooms and kitchens are disgusting and unsanitary (plymouth meeting office)

Pros

Not sure I really have any

Cons

Lots of micromanaging, very poor communication, no preparing/planning by upper management, employees are all viewed as though they have no other employment options. Too much focus is placed on metrics and no consideration for employees who actually do the work. Constantly being asked to do other projects out of the scope of my position then penalized for it. New ideas are either immediately shut down or stated on then forgotten about and never completed.
