Pros

My actual job was fine, my co-workers were great, my direct supervisor was great.

Cons

The benefits are not good, the senior management is awful and unwilling to change, it is a very toxic environment that does not promote growth or advancement at all. I ended up quitting due to extreme stress from upper management.

Pros

No weekends, decent hours, free coffee and tea, some free lunches

Cons

Poor management, low employee moral, uneasy work environment, very little to no training, seems to not care for his employees, poor pay...I think that about covers it.

Remote-worked from home Selected my hours Monday-Friday Schedules

Cons

Unorganized Inconsistent information coming from supervisors. One supervisor would tell you to handle a call one way and another supervisor would tell you to handle that same call completely different. Lack of support with escalated calls. Supervisors would refuse to take escalated calls and tell you to handle it yourself. Job description was completely different than actual job duties.
