The company has a very supportive management team and plenty of opportunities for advancement. Schedules are also flexible which is a plus and you can work from anywhere in the country so now moving required. There is lots of education and support available to coders and reviewers as well.

HIA gives you the equipment you need to work remotely from home. They also provide excellent education for coding updates as well as diagnoses that can be difficult to code and they have a dedicated education team that maintains a coder question database and are available to answer questions as you need them for difficult cases. Amazing IT staff that keeps everything running smoothly. The management team is always available for whatever employees need, and they are a positive, fun, and encouraging group!
