      There are no pros for this company.

      Run as far away from this company as you can. They pick and choose who they want to succeed and if you are not a favorite, you will not get far in this company. They make a lot of promises but they do not deliver. The people who are running the show, do not care about the agents.

      Turn and burn orginazation

      Pros

      If your with the right supervisor your job might be fine for a while.

      Cons

      Horrible training, pay is one of the worst commission structures I have seen. On top of that, they don't give you a raise based on performance. If your lazy and don't want to expand your career this will be fine place. The brokerage is even worse then the Acquisition side. stay away to many issues to list here.
