Pros

Lots of flexibility when they are not micromanaging!

Cons

Horrible management they have no clue what they are doing. They take advantage of new brokers who do not know industry standard. You will not get the calls routed to you of the VP or heads above do not like you. They pick favorites and give them all the sales calls and let the rest of the employees struggle making calls. The training is horrible it's more of a debate class then actually teaching you what you need to do the job.

Thank you for your feedback. One of the benefits in our environment is definitely flexibility, and we love to help employees balance their work and personal life. To your comment regarding training, we have recently added to our training curriculum, as well as added talent to the training team, and have received accolades regarding what we are doing to prepare new employees for this exciting new job.

Pros

You'll be happier when you leave than when you started.

Cons

All levels of management are liars and will not hesitate to throw you under the bus first chance they get. Corporate leadership has increased 400% in the last two years. That's where all the money is going. NOT TO EMPLOYEES. Their objective is to scrape up all the cash and speculate on the market. They practice all forms of corporate abuse towards employees. Favoritism plays a big part. The favorites do the least amount of work and receive raises, promotions and approval to take PTO. The rest of the workers are expected to subsidize the work that the favorites don't have to do. The manager frequently gets too 'handsy' with young employees. He's been doing it for years and upper management just lets him. There's micromanaging and age discrimination that goes on every day. It's a toxic work environment. Run do not walk to the nearest exit.

Pros

The pay is decent, only gave 2 stars because of that and the opportunity to work from home.

Cons

They say it will be easy but the training lacks. They say they are family oriented and understanding. What they don't tell you about is all the mandatory weekends you will have to work, how if you don't make a sales quota you're getting a write up, or if you get sick you're also getting a write up. They also ask you to be transparent with them but management can never give you one set answer with transparency. They expect you to work when their equipment and systems are always breaking down. I could go on and on but all I'm saying is if you decide to work for them don't get sick or have a family emergency because they are not what they say they are, and don't expect any days off during AEP.
