      Maybe the pay, pto, training

      Cons

      You maybe told things during the interview, then the switch. For example, commission, days to work during the week, one carrier, verses many carriers, overtime, and COLD CALLING from April to September. Don't do it!

      Pros

      For me it was proximity.

      Cons

      Managements managerial style. You used to be able to speak directly to your supervisor about time off. Now you have to go through several layers and even then you have to hound them to get an answer. Many agents lost during the last year.

      Waste of time

      Pros

      Standard hourly pay rate; bad commission structure. Dialer would go out for hours at a time 2-3 times a week

      Cons

      Dishonest contracting practices, inefficient and passive-aggressive management; literally lost 2 sales and got a referral because a manager would constantly bombard me with audio calls on teams while I’m selling and demand I put the customer on hold to talk to them
