      There are no pros to this company except for working remotely

      Cons

      Too many to mention. The worst is them pushing to enroll seniors in plans that don't put them in a better situation simply to get an enrollment. Their commissions are horrible also.

      Pros

      I spent four years there and I held a few different positions in my time ACA Licensed Agent -> Sales Supervisor -> Humana PMT Agent -> Brokerage Agent. - Pay is decent (under PMT/Brokerage). - PMT Leadership and PMT Culture is strong. - Contests/Events are ongoing (even in virtual). - Employee recognition for sales and performance. - Promotes from within. - Great Coworkers. - Great Sales Supervisors except for J in PMT (joking) - Organizational Interactive Townhalls with the CEO.

      Cons

      You will burn out eventually; it really is inevitable. Culture used to be extremely strong, organization wide, but the shift to WFH caused shift to analytical and metric only approach to leadership, hopefully the shift back to the offices will remedy that.
