Fairly Easy Entry, Can work your way up quickly at the beginning, good onboarding process that allows you to learn the software, great coworkers, good leaders throughout my tenure

Cons

Most positions are severely under market (20-30k). Due to this, turnover is high and they can’t keep their good employees because they leave for fair compensation. This leads to decreased team morale and it’s hard to stay motivated after awhile.

Cons

Management has no idea how to do your job but will tell you that you need to do more. They will move you without notice and even give you a paycut for doing well. They play favorites and if you ain't one of them you'll be cast out. Tons of lying with management and the company is about as transparent as a concrete wall.
