Pros

Market leader in the hospital space. Are not intense about cold calling. A lot of good people work there.

Cons

They screw over some departments with their reduction of budgeted commitment to them, while raising the quota, and then ultimately have to lay people off bc goals weren't close to hit. Shocker. It's the 'we're all trying to find out who did this' meme. If you want to see a little bit of this budget inequity in action: Go look through their linkedin page. You'll see at certain natl conventions they'll have a big booth and lots of reps for products like Shift Wizard, etc. And then look at other natl conventions, and its just a table with 1-2 reps. Its unfathomable the way leadership blames ppl not hitting goals on the work from home policy and are driven by their paranoia that people aren't really trying when the problem is right there in the mirror.
