Pros

Fairly Easy Entry, Can work your way up quickly at the beginning, good onboarding process that allows you to learn the software, great coworkers, good leaders throughout my tenure

Cons

Most positions are severely under market (20-30k). Due to this, turnover is high and they can’t keep their good employees because they leave for fair compensation. This leads to decreased team morale and it’s hard to stay motivated after awhile.

Pros

Standards and quality are so low that you can stand out just by not doing a terrible job.

Cons

Pay is extremely low, far below market value, and far below a livable wage in San Diego. Management is unwilling to make any significant improvements. A culture of mediocrity and complacency has stemmed from the extremely low pay. Raises and promotions are completely arbitrary, and not based on skill, contribution, or even seniority. Management complains about product quality and speed but refuses to do the bare minimum to combat it, like hiring new employees to replace ones that quit.
