This company is really trying to do something better in the veterinary space in order to improve the lives of the veterinary professionals. I feel like my experience in the industry matters and my voice is important. The environment is open and collaborative from the clinics to the support center.

I love working here. It's great to work somewhere where your manager wants you to succeed, and the environment is supportive, curious, and open-minded. Very supportive leaders and team who are smart and eager to collaborate.

Cons

Frequent changes in strategy, but this is normal with any fast-growing company. It is a great environment to learn and discover new opportunities for growth.
