Pros

Great Culture. From Northeast Regional RVP, to my sales manager, and branch manager. Love the people I work with. Great opportunities for internal growth. No micromanaging.

Cons

Commissions structure has fluctuated over the years. As company grows, TSR territory/opportunities diminish. Good for company, bad for TSR. More strategic reps being implemented cutting back on verticals that TSRs can call on.

Cons

Cold calls Secret Shoppers "on call times" meaning time after hours that you need to be ready to maybe open the store that you only get paid for if you get called
