Good pay, toxic management.

Ridiculous high pay for new hires, tenured mechanics and drivers not so much.

Cons

Upper management is toxic. Tenure doesn’t matter. The turnover rate out side of select 20+ year employees is through the roof. ZERO training for mechanics. Minimal tools provided for specialty jobs.

Every few years, they seem to make significant changes which tend to affect managers employment. Sometimes, they get let go just because upper management personnel were changed and they have different ideas and personality interest.

Compensation is fair. Benefits are very good, health, 401K etc. Room for growth is there with conditions.

Cons

Inconsistent policies and procedures. Focus and company identity changes week to week. Company makes it hard to do business. Rules are different for everyone. Upper management not helpful and disconnected from the business. There is a boys club that protects poor managers as well us some underperforming individuals. Culture of say yes and do what you're told, even if it is counter productive. Poor treatment of employees.

Pay is good. They have a good basic system in place with dashboards that help you manage.

Cons

They do not value customers service. They do not value their employees. Heavy handed upper management. HR is too involved in firing poor performers, making it hard to build a strong team.
