People arent that friendly. Supervisors think everybody else is beneath them.

If machines break down you have to use your own vacation or sick days. When you have medical problems they do not care!

Use to love going to work every morning but now it is questionable.

The pay is good and you get holidays off to spend with your families.

Cons

when asked to work overtime there is no management there in case you have problems with your machine or you get hurt. When you are having problems with your machine a floor person comes to watch you run it if they don't think that it is serious enough they won't write up your machine to have it looked at by a maintance person. In fact they tell you to keep running it until it really breaks down. To me it would be smarter to get someone over there to look at it so maybe you wouldn't have alot of down time.
