Started off great; recently the incentive for the future at Herff Jones has sharply declined.

Decent benefits, reliable yearly reviews/raises. Training is given.

Cons

Obvious nepotism by management in terms of promotions. Pay is not competitive. Layoffs are more common with increase of online submissions.

Pros

Salary and benefits are at the top of the list. ESOP makes every year a good year. I've had chances to travel, learn new skills and interact with professionals at all levels.

Cons

This is very difficult as I am very happy. I suppose the accoutrements of the job could be better, such as lighting, having an office, a window.

Good training but the territory relationship is where it goes bad.

This company is a good one to work at because it is american owned. The products they have meet a good quality but the territory relatioships are what matters.

Cons

When you are a territory owner the schools buy from who they like. They don't care about price they don't care about your prouduc they just care about how much they like you.
