Pros

Good benifits package and paid time off. There is the potential to make a lot of money through bonuses. Company car, gas, and insurance. You can change careers within the company and/or move anywhere in world with the company.

Cons

Exhaustive hours 60+, constant turn over, very little training or development. Constant pressure to perform and meet goals that can be nearly impossible. Management seems to not be intune with employee moral and feels we can do more with less.

Pros

Good benefits package and company vehicle provided.

Cons

The area manager didn't support the managers. The CSRs ran the location, not the managers because the area manager allowed it to happen. The pay seems decent at first, but when you calculate your hours worked divided by your salary, you're making less than the hourly employees who put in 40 hours a week. As a location manager you will work 55-65 hours per week with NO work/life balance. No schedule flexibility and expect to work EVERY weekend for the first five or six years. HR appeared to be concerned but would dismiss any claims as bogus and would not support the managers. It's a shame, as this company could have a great environment at this location if they would get rid of the area manager and hire someone who supports the location managers.

Pros

Good benefits, company car w/company paid fuel and insurance. Lotsof vacation after tenure.

Cons

Your always running. Always seemed to be short staffed. Striving for improvement ends up being more demoralizing and depressing then beneficial. They're always changing the bonus structure, which inevitably equates to lower bonuses. If you get incompitent employees, they're really hard to get rid of and a problem to work with. New hires are paid $10/hour...better off working at McDonalds.
