Pros

great pay, easy manufacturing with interesting and fun challenges at times. team feeling among fellow co workers light hearted environment for the most part

Cons

challenging shift schedule for process work in manufacturing. Twelve hour shifts. altering sets of back and forth from nights to days (weekly). You will have" Shift differential syndrome" Trust me! Then you will need to add an additional 450 hours of OT (moneys great, that is if you have time to spend it). Friends and family will think you sleep all the time when your not working and they miss you! You do get use to it ( you have to).

Pros

Generally speaking, the people are great, along with the few sour apples you'd find at any company

Cons

Known to underpay Generally a somewhat depressing/jaded atmosphere Not much room to grow Some departmental restructuring that took place seemed unnecessary and not conducive to the best interest of the company

Pros

There used to be a few before the company was purchased

Cons

Management is filled with unqualified staff taken from fields or industries that do not match the factories there placed in. Hexcel (the parent companies) benefit plan is about as quality as the pay reduction it put on its staff through the pandemic even though ARC made good sales and money during it. Upper management would rather throw bodies at a problem then actually pay to fix it. Wages are low expect 42-45k regardless your position, bonuses never happen because management put too many hoops in the way to be reasonably hit, and raises regardless your level are the flat 3% don't expect more. Morale is low to none, most people are just looking for reasons to leave and the employee turn over in the past 3 years is proof.
