      Pros

      Some autonomy but boarders on abandonment. Senior leadership is more focused on deals than real operations unless you underperform, they leave you alone.

      Cons

      HR centric company, people who are protected classes are never fired, yet do nothing. This company is more like a cult worshiping the owner who thinks he's Steve Jobs. The inner circle is made up of the first few employee who have no idea how to run a large company. You will be lucky to make a year, even if you perform they seem to get board of you.

      Where to start! Let’s see they promote a toxic environment. The VP of finance is unprofessional, rude, obnoxious and only got to where she is in a few shorts years bc of a very unprofessional relationship with her boss! No growth. If you are not in the click of the higher ups you ain’t going no where. Disgusting behavior all around from the people that run the hotels…no a recognition for hard work and long hours. They promote those that know how to brown nose their way up. They took over my hotel pre covid and it’s been down hill since

      Cons

      Company is so abusive and treats and tells employees they are replaceable. They promote a fake work environment , they lie , they cheat and they scheme. They claim to promote a work life balance but that only applies for the in crowd at the company. The other employees they work to death so everyone can work care free.
