Absolutely the WORST people in corporate office. They are arrogant and conceited, and promote a self important culture. They don’t support the hotels. It’s ALL about them, when it should be about the actual paying guests! An example- C-suite level of Human Resources came to property on vacation and wrote a scathing review (specifically about hourly employees who make minimum wage) all because she wasn’t “recognized “ 1) she wasn’t the only guest 2)we are short staffed and everyone is burnt out because they are cheap and won’t let us hire 3) the picture she sent prior to arrival was over a decade old so she looked NOTHING like the picture we had!! As a c-suite in HR she should be an ADVOCATE for employees not belittle them because her ego wasn’t stroked. That in a nutshell is the culture from the CEO down. C-suite Operation individuals act the same way when they are in property.
