Pros

Pay, benefits, downtown location, alternative work schedules, work from home, variety of career paths and opportunities for new employees

Cons

Uncertainty over what is to come in the future; less career progression for experienced employees; most higher level positions are being filled from people outside of the company; some really nasty people in senior level positions
