      Pros

      Excellent company to work for. I love the leadership, all of my leaders are very supportive and always willing to help when needed. I like the fact that you get benefits from day one.

      Cons

      In my department, there is no room for growth, I would have to move to another department, otherwise, I would be doing the same thing for the rest of my career.

      Humanas compensation package was nice and the 401K match was awesome

      Cons

      Humana talks a lot about work life balance but does not actually allow you to utilize the method. They had what is called a “mental health” break that you could take each day. An additional 10 minutes to reset but after being on calla upwards of 2 hrs long, I was never allowed to take advantage of that break. Every time I requested it, it got ignored. I found this to be unfortunate being that the role was high stress.
