      Pros

      WFH - they’ve embraced remote working and it’s possible to lead a team / org and grow in your career while working remotely People are nice and caring, Inc (most) leaders Profitable business run by very competent CEO

      Cons

      Lots of old timers still who have been with the company 10+ years which lead to some cultural inertia and preference for status quo Not a lot of room to grow as a leader since senior leaders have been there for awhile and there are not a lot of opportunities for senior leadership

      Pros

      Flexibility to work at home, pay was pretty good for the work you did. I was fortunate enough to not have micromanagers. PTO and time off was easy to get as long as you managed it correctly.

      Cons

      They run lean so promotion was not an option. Titles were misleading and diversity did not exist after a certain level within the organization. It is hard to move to other departments within the organization. Benefits were not the greatest, but they were doable.

      Pros

      Bilingual rep, paid 23/hr. 23 days of PTO per year, cheap gym membership, health insurance is affordable (76/paycheck). Coworkers and leaders are super kind and make the days so much better.

      Cons

      The job sucks. It's a call center. Everything is monitored constantly and it's stressful, but that's normal for a call center. If you miss more than 1 day unscheduled (calling in sick, for example) during your probationary period of 6 months, you'll be fired. Can only take PTO on certain days based on number of hours the department has. You cannot transfer to another role in Humana for an entire year. They hype up the job during training--don't buy into it.
