During training you will do a ton of self studying which most of us aren't new to Medicare so it was just busy work. Shortly after you will have a mock call just to say you completed it successfully, and that is not the case. Poorly trained on the phone and was critized for not know how to navigate the calls. My manager was belittling and harsh. Humana sucked all of the fun out of selling Medicare.

the daily quota is so high that the quality of work declines, not enough time for research for referrals, many of EAP coworkers and their bosses treat the W/L employees like a butler so you're doing their job in addition to yours, too many meetings, lack of communication between departments, health insurance is horrible and barely accepted anywhere, so much re-organization every few months.
