Remote work Can’t think of anything else.

Cons

Cheap company to work for. Benefits are not actually benefits. Tuition reimbursement is 5k and less than other places and there are stipulations to what is considered tuition. Books and material not included. Paying for health insurance through HUMANA costs too much. The irony. So many medications are not covered and or need Prior authorizations. Favoritism. Reward techs who cross corners so long as performance looks well.

Great benefits, pay, bonus and added little perks.

Cons

Medical insurance is out of state and have issues with having claims correctly processed and paid. They are mandating the COVID vaccine for WAH employees.
