Pros

There isn't one "pro" that comes to mind.

Cons

Company raised salaries & hired a ton of salesforce to appear larger than they were to simply look bigger = sell higher. Once Covid-19 hit, they "furloughed" everyone immediately due to their deal falling thru, their inability to pay those hefty salaries & they didn't care for their staff in the first place. You can tell a lot about a company how they treat their employees during hard times. This was clear we were disposable. Something funny and so illegal - they wanted their staff to market for them daily on their personal social media accounts while on furlough! It was all smoke & mirrors for the CEO to make as much money as he could on the sell. Customers are sold the name "Hydrafacial" and all the amazing marketing. In reality, the company is in shambles, customers are furious they purchased into this facade. Let's put it this way, this company is for low intelligence people.

Pros

Weekly paychecks and casual dress.

Cons

This place will fire you for no reason after they work you 12 hour days and feed you crap bagel and donuts to make up for it. Hr is not on your side. Do not go to them for anything because you will get fired out if retaliation and its sad because if they had a professional hr team you would not have to walk on egg shells about losing your job. Miscommunication that can be worked out isnt and you just get terminated like you never mattered after working your butt off. Most employees are new because the turnover rate is so high. Alot of favoritism gossip catty immature enivironment thats applauded. Management jokes around all day with certain employees and goes to lunches together while the lower on the todem pole do all the work. Work life balance doesnt exist, you will be fired if you go to drs appts or get sick at all for more than a day. If somehow you were not in the popluar crowd in highschool this place might fill that void bunch of 40 year olds acting and dressing like teenagers. As for the hydrafacial, i saw alot of people have bad reactions to it because the girls doing it arent actually estheticians and ni nothing about what NOT To use on certain skin types. Im an esti and i never got one and worked there a year because of this and a few people in the office that had reactions never did it again.! Sales support manager needs to get fired pronto. Cursing joking micro managing complicating everything. Come on. Hire a real adult people.
