Look at the response to the review asking someone why they stayed three years if the company was so bad. That is straight up abuser language. They probably stayed for six months on the bench then a year on an other project then an other year on a different project then six months on a Performance Improvement Plan being told that there family was the problem, all the while hoping and believing that the Kool Aid was true.
