They bait & switch you during the hiring process and sell a bait & switch legacy software that is cobbled together into what they market as an 'all-in-one' solution. They say they're a software company, but they act like an old school construction company. They're owned by Kiewit and every decision they make is for Kiewit and their shareholders. An insulated group of people are able to make money, and everyone else is just supposed to work hard in hopes that they might be 'promoted' to some non-existent position. Commissions are well below industry average for software sales, and you'll have to stick around a year or two before you ever see any of the money.

The management was very disorganized. There was definitely a power struggle between existing (Hard Dollar) and recently acquired companies (et Alia). I still keep in contact with some people there and it's still going on....although most of the et Alia employees have since been run out or just couldn't take the unorganized mess of a management there and left. I was also there during the "Ponseti" days....what a narcissist! In my opinion, he was the root of the problems that I saw.
