      Pros

      Care clinicians work hard to improve health care.

      Cons

      Pure dictatorship ruled by engineering managers from Grand Rounds days. Dare not to make any mistakes or disagree with your manager or else you'll be laid off as part of another reorg or placed on PIP and forced to resign. These managers are not there to help you grow and be happy. They are only there to get promoted at your expense, humiliate you and then show you the door. If you care about your mental health, stay away from this place!

      I used to love this job, but it went downhill quickly

      Good schedule, pay was decent

      Cons

      I was falsely reported to the NPDB and treated like absolute crap over a small clinical matter. I was not given due process and was lied to multiple times by the director. If you value your license and self esteem, don't work here. There was some recent shady things happening with the CEO, he left and magically returned.
