-drastic change -getting rid of seasoned experienced employees -culture declined rapidly -toxic culture -no age diversity, you have to be old to be in a meaningful position -merit increases (lucky to get 3% if you are giving it your all) -no backing from leadership -no honesty with direct managers or senior leadership -poor severance package -no career advancement -direct manager (program manager and customer success manager) was very incompetent in role like most. Losing major clients because of it -leadership will steal your ideas and present them as their own

I'm giving the company only 3 stars because of how I was terminated. I had worked at the company and recieved a raise and good review. The good faith that was consistently built up failed at the end. At "All Hands" meetings they were consistently announcing that no one was losing a job and giving reasons why not. My manager didn't know in advance. With no warning, I was part of a reduction in workforce and I had all my access revoked in the middle of a workday with no way to prepare. The rug was pulled out from under me. I understand that I work in an "at will" enviornment; However, Insight strives consistently to deliver outstanding treatment of employees above what is required by law. Every time I logged into LinkedIn, I would see more posts about how awesome they were and what they were accomplishing. I had to un-follow the company.
