Insight's services wing has many fantastic teammates who I enjoyed working with. Great people trying their best to sell, win and deliver to clients.

Cons

Insight acquires one or more services companies each year and tries to integrate them into the services org. Ideally you would consider this as "growth". However, as other reviewers have mentioned, Insight's services org regularly changes its business approach, such as reducing the sales team and/or their compensation, and reducing the delivery org. This has led to a downward spiral of decreased sales, profit, and headcount. The goal is to increase profitability and stock price, but it's not working, and you can be sure employees are scared and looking elsewhere.

Flexibility, though moving more and more to work in office. Now three days a week in office.

Cons

Low salary and finding reasons to let go of US employees and rehiring in the Philippines because they pay far less.
