Pros
A good main product (canvas) that customers generally like. Some teams better than others in regards to culture but with constant change, you never know what can happen. Fully remote culture (pay based on national average, not where you live) which is getting harder to find and benefits those in lower cost of living areas,
Cons
Comp and benefits not up to industry standard. Unsupportive, selfish management. Inappropriately aggressive language from senior leadership meant as motivation but it's just .... creepy. This is edtech, not war. Zero commitment to actual DEI or CSR initiatives. Would not recommend to anyone I know.
