Pros

Flexible work; remote-friendly; leadership (non-exec level); Education-focused.

Cons

Lack of focus on strategy or product; Lots of political toxicity and manipulation amongst exec leaders that ultimately impact employees; Acquisition strategy disjointed and too fast-paced; No alignment within exec leadership; Ego at exec level prevents any REAL progress; Continual cost-cutting to make stock price attractive to investors, at the detriment of overworked, exhausted employees. This results in mass exits from good talent; Under-resourced teams across the org; No more 'fun' company culture. Cut lots of benefits including some employee salaries mid-year; Inequity amongst the working talent and the exec leaders who go on extravagant 'retreats' with no actual proven outcome or plan for company future.

Pros

Most of the supervisors and your coworkers are nice

Cons

-hiring offshore and trying to get US agents out without actually laying us off -poor communication by management -poor pay, when asked about pay increases were always shut down -will let you ask questions for their all hands meeting to make you feel like they care, but in reality the company is out of touch and going downhill quickly -US agents have no possibility of being promoted for the next 2 years
