Pros

Awesome people, very nice office and benefits, lots of vacation days, a good cause to work for education. Higher tier pay in the hugnarian IT market.

Cons

big company things, some slow processes, but overall nothing major. maybe a yearly bonus would be nice. There is OnCall.

Pros

The team I had (EMEA) was wonderful, compared to some others. The pay was okay too for the amount of workload, that changed in the last year

Cons

The work itself, but the company is in no way to blame for that. (Typical call center work, chats, and emails) however the solutions are not streamlined, many times a user question was juggled around in Slack in between 3 or more teams, as noone knows anything. Instructure buys out new products, implements them to the LMS and they don't even tell the support team that there is a new feature -- many times we heard it from users. While we are the team who SUPPORT that feature, I'd think that's not the way to handle things
