It used to be a great place until inexperienced leadership took it over. Josh Coates was great great leader. Things started falling down after new leadership plus nepotism took it over. Top talents were laid off. Really? Your vp of engineering spent so much time to hire THE BEST talent in USA and you lay them off without looking at their talent. This is not Rosetta Stone. It was the best company until you guys came.

Great company being run into the ground by PE Firm and greedy management

Great design. Formerly, a great culture. Solid pay and benefits.

Cons

New CEO showed up to get paid now. He doesn't care about the business--how was he picked?? For years engineering management has run rampant building the wrong things without consequence. Just when you'd think they'd finally be let go for it, they laid off other people.

There's clear vision and I feel like I'm trusted to do my job. The culture, communication, work/life balance, flexibility, benefits and perks are all killer too! And there is constant effort put into finding ways to improve. It is difficult to imagine a better place to work.
