WFH-remote and not having to see the bullies in person.

STAY AWAY!! Working at Intelogix is a masterclass in sustained dissonance. It’s a place where lofty, empty mission statements clash violently with a reality of chaotic priorities and zero follow-through. Decisions are made in a vacuum by leadership completely detached from the work, leading to endless, soul-crushing pivots with no clear rationale. Accountability is a one-way street, flowing directly downhill to the individual contributor, while management takes credit for successes and vanishes during failures. Trust is nonexistent, replaced by a pervasive sense of being undervalued and expendable. It’s a culture that doesn’t just burn you out; it systematically dismantles any passion you had for your work.
