In my experience if you have an idea that might improve something they don't provide such opportunities... This is just my experience

Pros

-Work 9 to 5, Monday thru Friday (must work one Saturday a month) - Holidays off -Paid Training

Cons

Quality assurance review is subjective and is based on a single auditor's opinions and bias. Employee could lose their job because they are in a currently unpopular demographic.

Pros

Great company. Management communicates effectively and make sure you have everything you need.

Cons

Doesn’t pay enough and they set up mandatory overtime every week regardless if you potentially have plans already in place after your scheduled shift.
